Take the first step towards better health with a personalised 1-hour Zoom consultation, backed by comprehensive pre-assessment and ongoing support. Your consultation includes: ✅ 30-minute review of your completed forms and food diary before we meet ✅ 1-hour face-to-face consultation in clinic covering your diet, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and stress factors ✅ Full written report with personalised recommendations and nutritional analysis ✅ Recipes, meal prep tips, and shopping advice (where needed) ✅ 4 weeks of unlimited email support after your consultation (during working hours) ✅ 10% discount on herbs, supplements, and natural products ✅ Option to purchase signed recipe books Please note: Diagnostic testing and supplement protocols are not included in this consultation price. These can be discussed and quoted separately if needed. What to Expect: After booking, you’ll receive forms to complete, including a detailed health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. This enables me to conduct a full pre-assessment before we meet, ensuring we can focus on you — not paperwork — during the session. During your consultation, we will explore your medical history, health concerns, family history, diet, and lifestyle. You’ll receive clear, tailored advice on achieving your health goals, managing conditions, and creating a realistic, nourishing way of eating. Please allow at least 3–4 days to complete and return your forms ahead of your consultation. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy: • If the client cancels a consultation within 48 hours of the appointment (but not less than 24 hours), a 50% session fee will be retained. with 50% being refunded.* • If the client cancels a consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, then the full session fee will be retained. * • Please note, if your completed Basic Information and Food & Drink forms are not received at least 24 hours before the appointment, the nutrition consultation session cannot go ahead, and your fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be given. Your appointment will be deemed as a non-refundable cancellation. * Please note, for those who have purchased package deals which include diagnostic tests, the refund policy does not include the RRP cost of the test once the test has been processed. If a patient needs to return at test, it can only be accepted in original, sealed/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, packages must be used within 6 months.
