My approach is to work with clients, making small, manageable changes at their own pace, with a focus on diet, lifestyle, and mental health support. I offer a personalised 12-week program for those seeking weight loss, providing weekly support and guidance. I've had the privilege of working with many individuals, both men and women, who have achieved significant weight loss and successfully reversed various health issues.
While I work with clients across a broad spectrum of health conditions, my expertise lies in hormone imbalance, insulin resistance and metabolic health, autoimmune disorders, fatigue (including long COVID and CFS), hormone imbalance, and gut health improvement (including food intolerances and allergy testing, if necessary). I've had the opportunity to assist many clients with weight management, diabetes, PCOS, and various gut health issues, including IBS, UC, GERD, Menopause, CFS, and more, as well as more complex autoimmune and related inflammatory conditions.
I offer a wide range of diagnostic tests, including those for thyroid health, hormones, gut health, food intolerances, allergies, nutrients, and more.
